Who should I call in case of an after-hours emergency? If an emergency occurs during office hours, you can call us at 303-551-3502. Otherwise, call an emergency facility close to you such as Animal Emergency and Specialty Center (720-842-5050), VCA Douglas County Animal Hospital (303-688-2480), or Animal ER (720-283-9348).


 


Can I make monthly payments? Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Like any small business we cannot finance our clients while keeping our fees affordable.


 


How do I know my pet needs to see a doctor? If your pet has trouble breathing, trauma, bleeding, stumbling, seizures, difficulty delivering puppies or kittens, they should be seen right away. Changes in appetite or activity level, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, sneezing, limping, itching or losing hair, or eyes that look abnormal, are also indications that a visit is warranted. What areas do you serve? We primarily serve Douglas County, Colorado, including Castle Rock, Elizabeth, Highlands Ranch, Larkspur, Lone Tree, Parker, and Sedalia.
